If you know EDM, I’m sure you’ve heard of TomorrowLand. The Belgian EDM festival that has been recognized the world over as the experience of a lifetime. After the livestream event was hosted on Youtube this past year, every raver, rager, aficionado, snob, and wet dreamer imagined themselves in a giant field surrounded by the love and music that is TomorrowLand. Well, the state-side EDM fans need not wait for next year (180,000 tickets for this upcoming TomorrowLand sold out in 1 min, apparently).
The announcement came to overwhelming excitement across the internet. The festival is set to occur September 27-29, 2013 (the same weekend as Counterpoint? Coincidence?). Sources close to the organizers tell us (in not so many words) that the festival will occur at the Bouckaert Farm in Atlanta, GA. The announcement on LifestyleETC and tweets from the EDMSnob support our suspicion and the rumors, but the official announcement has not been made. The video above seems to confirm the location as Atlanta, GA (but anyone can make a video). No line-up or ticket sale dates have been announced either. However, stick around and watch in anguish, as they roll out what could potentially be the greatest EDM festival to hit American soil.
